Commision and Expenses (per Lot)
Sale Value
| Up to £100 | 15.0% |
| £101 - £1,000 | 10.0% |
| £1,001 - £10,000 | 5.0% |
| £10,001+ | 2.5% |
Minimum commission per Lot: £5 (on sold and unsold Lots). Vendors are discouraged from making numerous small Lots.
VAT at current rate.
Delivery to Place of Sale
Vendors are requested to deliver items to the place of sale on the Thursday prior to the sale between 9am and 4pm.
Late entries may be refused if weather conditions are difficult or entries full.
Reserve Prices
All items will be sold without reserve and will be sold to the highest bidder unless a reserve price is entered against the item on the entry form.
Unsold Lots are the responsibility of the vendor and must be removed immediately.
Reserve pries of less than £10 cannot be considered.
Insurance
All items are the insured responsibility of the vendor until the fall of the hammer, whereupon they become the responsibility of the purchaser.
VAT
Please ensure that the Auctioneers are notified of the VAT registration number no later than on the day of delivery (preferably on the entry form).
Payment
to Vendors will be within approximately 3 weeks of the sale.
