About Graham Singer

'Graham Singer Chartered Surveyors' is a partnership between Jonathan ('Jo') Williams and Graham Singer which was formed in January 2002.

Graham Singer is a farmer's son who joined the local Malmesbury firm of Fielder and Jones at the age of 17 and built up a reputation as an auctioneer at Swindon Market and other outside sales. He quickly progressed to become an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, becoming a Fellow in 1982. At the end of 2001, after a 36 year association with Fielder & Jones, Graham decided to set up his own business with Jo Williams. From 1987 to 1997 Jo was a senior manager for Black Horse Agency and Bradford & Bingley Alder King's Chippenham Branch. Between 1997 and 2001 he specialised in the sale and valuation of development land and new homes.
